CEO & Founder

Hans  Regis is a healthcare leader, speaker, and leadership strategist whose mission is to bridge the gap between professional excellence and purposeful impact. Currently serving as the System Director of Respiratory / Pulmonary Services at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Hans oversees system-wide teams and initiatives that advance engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.

Driven by the belief that “a leader without vision and training is a hazard, not a help,” Hans has dedicated his career to developing others — transforming workplace culture into a catalyst for growth and purpose. His leadership philosophy combines strategic thinking with faith-based principles, reminding leaders that excellence without empathy is empty, and influence without integrity is fleeting.
